I thought it would be fun to keep a record of all the different modes of transportation we’ve used to get us around the world. Unfortunately, hot air balloon is not going to be one of them, I don’t think. But here’s the ones that we have used…I’ll update this as we go… Honda Civic from our house to Mississauga, and then the airport Air Canada Embraer 175 from Toronto to Newark Minivan shuttle from Newark airport to Madison Hotel NJ Transit commuter train from Madison Hotel (Convent station) to Madison station Mini Cooper from Dad’s place back and forth — Read the Rest…

100th day celebrations

Saturday July 6th was our 100th day of The Big Trip. So, we celebrated in style with 100th day cake and a movie in 3D:

Our room in Hanoi

After a 4am wake up call, quick walk from hotel to airport, very long wait for bag drop, smooth flight and very VERY long immigration clearance proces, we have arrived in Hanoi. But I’ve not reported on the best part of the day, for me at least!, … a decaf grande hazelnut latte at the airport. Photo to come
